Location/atmosphere: Great date night atmosphere & nice bar. Reservations seem definitely needed for any type of table seating. I didn't have trouble finding them only a couple days out though. Parking/Valet is $10 After dinner we popped up to the rooftop which had a DJ going and was a great vibe to enjoy a desert cocktail and the view Highlights on the menu for us included the mussels and bone marrow toast, and the embered oysters. The cocktails were also amazing. For entrees we had the birria and the poblano rice, both good but comparatively I was simply obsessed with the marrow & muscles so it was hard for anything to stack up! The potatas bravas were also delicious. They come with lots of sauce. Highly recommend trying this spot out for a celebration or date night!

Very beautiful atmosphere. Clean, as well as the restrooms. They have a rooftop upstairs which was lovely! Stairway up there and down was a bit intimidating if you're wearing heels, be careful ladies! The service was great. Our wait for our reserved table was quite a while but I can understand why. The food was pretty good. They have valet parking. I recommend; mushroom rice, potato brava, the cauliflower with goat cheese, bone marrow and steak, and churro dessert.

I had my birthday dinner here and I can't wait to go back! First, the service is amazing. So accommodating and so nice. 10 stars to all of the staff! The purse hangers are a great addition and with there being 5 girls at my table, we definitely appreciated it. The food is just ... insanely good. There was not one dish that we were gushing over but the star of the show was the bone marrow + mussels. Order two and extra sourdough. The drinks are smooth and I loved the tequila cart. Try a shot with the cricket! It's a fun story. The music in the lower level was perfect vibes. We also went up to the rooftop which was cool BUT warning; it is completely different from the the downstairs lol next time I will probably skip the rooftop.

Our recent visit to Palo Santo last week was surprising. There had been a lot of hype when the restaurant originally opened but we haven't had time to check it out until now. Parking was fairly easy and the valet gave us directions on how to enter. Upon entering we immediately loved the vibe of the restaurant which was totally different than it looked on the outside. When they seated us our waitress told us a bit of the history of the restaurant and how the chandeliers were actually made from a native Mexican plant which I thought was pretty cool and gave homage to the roots and the culture. We decided to ask our waitress for her recommendations and she suggested the Las Bravas which were amazing, and the mussels and bone marrow on toast which was a tie for best appetizer! We decided to keep going with the appetizers and got the duck carnitas which I thought were ok but my sister really liked and the cauliflower which was okay. I had heard so much about the cauliflower that I told my sister we HAD to get it because people truly rave about it although it's not something I would normally go for. The roasted cauliflower was good but, I didn't love it as much as I thought I would. I feel like it was really flavorful cauliflower and wished I had tried something else more to my taste. However, another highlight of the meal I would say were the churros!! If you come here and only get one thing I would hands down say the churros! After dinner we went up to checkout the rooftop and it was worth the visit! It has a unique view of Atlanta's skyline and even though it's next to train tracks it's unique experience and seems like you're close enough to the city without being caught up in the hustle and bustle and the vibe at sunset is really nice! Overall I loved Palo Santo and can't wait to come back check out some of their mains and get more of their churros!

This place was great! The food, service and ambiance were all really good. To start off, the parking is valet parking only. They do take cash and card and it was $10. The parking lot is a little bit down the road from where the restaurant is, there will be signs leading up to it. We went there on a Wednesday night so it wasn't quite as busy but I would recommend you make a reservation regardless! We got the guacamole to start, it was very tasty. For entrees, we got the carne asada with bone marrow, mushroom rice, and poblano rice. They all tasted very good and as a vegetarian, I like that they had options for me. The portions could be a tad bigger but no overall complaints. We also went upstairs to the rooftop bar after dinner. To sit at a table, they required a $30 minimum per person. There isn't a minimum if you sit at the bar or stand at one of the high top tables. The bartenders upstairs were such a vibe, great music, great drinks and a great time. They know how to make fantastic drinks and can recommend a lot of different options as well. Would for sure recommend and come back again!
